Let's get fried!
When it's cold outside and you're missing Romagna, there's only one thing to do: fry stuff!
Since it's too cold for a classic piadina and the time isn't right for tortellini in broth, I've thought about making a brunch at the SocietÃ based entirely on fried foods typical from my home: fried piadina and gnocco with some cheese and sliced meats (have you ever heard about ciccioli?), a vegetarian and gluten free option and, of course, dessert...with some red wine to send all that food down!
